个人简介
Personal Profile
张崇敬,博士,研究员,博士生导师。《药学学报》中英两刊青年编委。2005年本科毕业于山东大学药学院。2008年硕士毕业于北京协和医学院药物研究所。2013年毕业于新加坡国立大学化学系药物化学专业,获得博士学位。同年获得中国优秀自费留学生奖学金。2017年4月作为中国医学科学院“高端人才引进计划”首位入选者,到北京协和医学院药物所工作,任课题组长。2019年7月获聘为中国医学科学院北京协和医学院准聘副教授。
化学生物学和创新药物发现。
(1)利用化学蛋白质组学技术,阐明活性分子的蛋白靶标和作用机制,开展机制指导的先导化合物发现。
(2)设计、合成小分子荧光探针,用于先导化合物的发现。
