Personal Profile
张天泰, 博士, 研究员,博士生导师,中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院药物研究所课题组长,专注于抗炎免疫药理学研究、活性天然产物的药理学评价及新药发现。第九届、第十届中国药理学会理事、兼任中国药理学会抗炎免疫药理学专业委员会常务委员。获得第十届中国药理学会-施维雅 (Servier)青年药理学家奖。主持过国家十一五“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、以及北京市自然科学基金面上项目和北京市科委科技计划专项等项目。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI收录科研论文50余篇,申请发明专利20余项。
研究领域及专业方向
研究领域为抗炎免疫药理学及新药发现,致力于炎症相关的自身免疫性疾病的发病机制及免疫调控研究,利用生物分子事件寻找新的药物作用靶点和新药研究。主要研究方向包括:
1. 炎症相关自身免疫性疾病的细胞和分子机制研究及新的药物作用靶点的发现;
2. 靶向于非受体酪氨酸激酶(JAKs)的小分子先导物发现;
3. 活性天然产物的药理学评价及新药发现。
