Personal Profile
周家喜,博士生导师,研究员。2004年在中国科学院获得博士学位,2005-2010年先后在Stowers医学研究所和伊利诺伊大学进行博士后研究。现任中国医学科学院血液病医院(中国医学科学院血液学研究所)副所院长、实验血液学国家重点实验室副主任。同时任中国细胞生物学会理事、中国细胞生物学会干细胞分会理事、天津市细胞生物学学会副理事长、中国生理学会血栓与止血专业委员会委员。主要研究人多能干细胞造血分化的机理与应用,重点探究巨核细胞分化和血小板发生的策略与机理,血小板规模化生产及临床输注研究。同时研究各种血液病状态下巨核细胞和血小板的功能变化,为疾病的诊疗提供新思路。首次在单细胞层面解析人胚巨核细胞发育过程,为血小板再生研究奠定了重要理论支撑。承担并参与973子项目、国家自然基金重点项目和面上项目、天津市基础与应用基础重点项目等多项国家级和部级重要科研项目以及中国医学科学院创新工程项目。发表科研论文近40篇,相关研究成果以第一作者或者通讯作者发表在Cell Stem Cell、Cell Research、Advanced Science、Nature Communications、JCB、PNAS、Cell Reports、Stem Cell Reports等高水平杂志上,申请和获得国家发明专利4项。
