聂宇,北京协和医学院,博士生导师,准聘长聘系列助理教授;国家心血管病中心,中国医学科学院阜外医院,研究员,学术委员会委员;心血管疾病国家重点实验室课题组长(PI);国家自然科学基金委“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者,国家万人计划“青年拔尖人才”获得者;国家心血管病专家委员会心血管代谢医学和先天性心脏病专业委员会委员,中国药理学会表观遗传药理学专业委员会委员,北京生理科学会理事,北京市生物化学与分子生物学学会青年委员。

课题组聚焦于心肌组织再生修复与心肌细胞增殖,率先报道了急性炎症在心肌再生中的关键作用,深入探讨了急性炎症和巨噬细胞调控心肌再生的细胞分子机制,鉴定出Versican等心肌再生干预靶点,形成了完整的理论体系,为心肌损伤后的组织再生修复提供了新学说和新策略。近年来,以通讯作者身份在Circulation(2019,2020,2023,2024),Advanced Science(2020),Cell Mol Immunol(2021)等杂志发表论文23篇,授权国家发明专利5项,获批国家软件著作权2项,省部级科技奖2项,获得美国心脏协会(AHA)颁发的国际学术奖(Paul Dudley White International Scholar Award)1项;作为负责人先后主持国家重点研发计划(任务)2项(国家级重点项目),医学与健康科技创新工程“重大协同创新项目”课题1项(国家十三五期间重点支持项目),国家自然科学基金5项(国家级项目),北京市自然科学基金1项(省部级项目),北京协和医学院“协和新星人才支持计划”,北京协和医学院“小规模特色办学教学改革项目”,中国医学科学院“青年医学人才奖励项目”等科研教学项目。
