个人简介
Personal Profile
刘晓军,男,博士,中国医学科学院基础医学研究所研究员,博士研究生导师。主要从事2型糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝、肥胖等代谢性疾病分子病理机制和干预研究。通过筛选不同营养与环境条件下造成的代谢组织(如肝脏、脂肪组织)差异表达基因和lncRNA,利用分子生物学、细胞生物学等实验方法,在动物、细胞和分子水平层面上深入研究其在糖脂代谢、慢性炎症以及氧化应激中的功能和分子机制,并筛选可能的小分子药物和中药。作为负责人主持国家自然基金面上项目和青年基金,北京市自然基金面上项目,参与中国医学科学院北京协和医学院创新工程工程项目。曾作为负责人承担北京协和医学院研究生课程《分子生物学实验》的教学工作。参与研究的项目《中国人2型糖尿病易感基因生物学功能及作用机制的研究》获2008年中华医学科技奖三等奖。2011年获北京协和医学院“协和新星”称号。2011年获医科院基础所“先进科研工作者”称号。2019年7月获“国家卫生健康委直属机关优秀共产党员”称号。国家自然科学基金,北京市自然科学基金评审专家,教育部学位论文评审专家。SCI杂志Cell Proliferation, Cell & Bioscience, Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity, Plos One, Cardiology Research and Practice, International Immunopharmacology等杂志审稿专家。已发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在J Hepatol., Sci China Life Sci., Mol Metab., iSCIENCE, J Proteome Res., J Mol Med (Berl).等杂志发表论文10余篇。
