Personal Profile
主要研究领域:聚焦于中药及天然药物的抗炎免疫药理研究,即从体内(动物)、离体及细胞水平研究感染性炎症及变态反应及相关病症。具体可细分为以下2方面:
1. 在抗炎方面主要立足于先天免疫相关炎症,具体聚焦于TLRs信号通路介导的经典炎症及代谢性炎症;
2. 在免疫方面则主要围绕免疫和非免疫介导的(速发型)超敏反应,重点关注sIgE生成及肥大细胞脱颗粒、自身免疫性疾病及有关动物模型的建立与候选药物发现。
本团队由我、齐云研究员(博导)及1位技术系列的副主任技师组成,主要从事中药与天然药物的抗炎免疫研究。抗炎涉及感染性炎症及代谢性炎症;免疫涉及I型过敏反应及自身免疫性疾病。加上在读研究生,是一个规模为12人的中型团队。我们以严谨、高效为目标,并努力营造一个适宜于辛勤工作的舒心环境(人际关系的和谐)。我们均拒绝与排斥恃强凌弱与弄虚作假(不诚实)这两种恶质,欢迎志趣相投者加入!
自2014年博士毕业留所工作以来,迄今共主持国家自然科学基金2项(1项青年基金“巨噬细胞中IKKβ对TNF-α胞内运输、分泌与吞噬的负向调节机制研究”,2017/01-2019/12, No. 81601385;1项面上项目“基于Th细胞与嗜碱性粒细胞的相互作用研究连翘中有关成分的抗过敏机制”,2019/01-2022/12, No. 81873066),北京市自然科学基金面上专项1项(“基于TLRs通路研究清肺排毒汤治疗新冠肺炎细胞因子风暴的作用机制”,2021/01-2023/12,No. M21014),2019-2021中华中医药学会青年人才托举工程项目1项(项目编号:2019-QNRC2-B06),协和青年基金1项;参与完成国家重大课题7项,北京市自然科学基金1项。
