“十三五”重大新药创制平台建设-天然产物合成
中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大协同创新项目
2006年至今一直从事药物化学领域研究工作,主要涉及活性天然产物的全合成、结构修饰、成药性及新合成方法学研究。目前累计发表研究论文近40篇,包括以第一或通讯作者发表在本领域主流期刊Chemical Science、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Chemical Communiaction等研究论文20篇,申请发明专利12项,获得授权专利7项,其中1项国际专利分别获得美国和欧盟授权。先后获得国家自然基金青年项目、国家自然基金面上项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大协同创新项目、十三五”重大新药创制等基金支持,并参加多项国家自然科学基金重点项目。
