Personal Profile
李卓荣,女,1962年出生。现任中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所研究员、博士生导师、副所长、北京协和医学院微生物与生化药学系副主任等。1979.9-1983.7:北京医学院本科;1985.9-1988.7: 中国协和医科大学研究生。1992.12-1994.12: 日本东京北里研究所研修;1997.10-1999.9: 美国Oklahoma大学访问学者。兼任中国药学会药物化学专业委员会和生物技术药物专业委员会委员、北京药学会药物化学专业委员会副主任委员,《药学学报》(中、英文)《中国药物化学杂志》《中国抗生素杂志》等编委。2009年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2017年获国家卫计委中青年突出贡献专家称号,2019年获中国药学会-以岭生物医药创新奖和北京协和医学院教学名师称号。
专业领域为药物化学,主要研究方向包括抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤及抗骨质疏松等药物的分子设计、构效关系研究与新药研发。先后负责主持国家自然科学基金、“863”计划课题、重大新药创制等国家科技项目十多项,牵头主持“十二五”重大新药创制“化学药临床前研究”课题。作为主要成员,参加国家自然科学基金委创新群体、重大新药创制综合大平台、比尔盖茨基金会重大课题等多项。与企业合作正在主持抗乙型肝炎病毒药物(临床)、抗耐药菌药物(临床前)、抗骨质疏松药物(临床前)等多个新药品种的研究开发。
多年来,在国内外学术刊物上发表研究论文160多篇。以通讯/并列通讯作者在Autophagy、Hepatology、Phytomedicine 、Medicinal ResearchReviews、ACS InfectiousDiseases、Bioorgan Med Chem、Front Neurosci、Front Pharmacol、J Alzheimers Dis.、Fututre Medicinal Chemistry、Molecular oncology、LifeSci、J. Med. Chem、Eur J Med. Chem.、Acta PharmaceuticaSinica B、Molecules、RSCAdvances、Cancer Chemotherapy & Pharmacology、Tetrahedron Letter等刊物发表;获得中国专利证书25个,美国、欧洲、日本、香港等国际授权5项。获得新药证书2项(3.1类);主持创新药物研发多项,临床研究中1类新药1项,临床前2项。
目前团队成员包括研究员(博导2人)、副研究员(硕导1人)、青年博士骨干(2人)、副主任技师(3人)、在读研究生(7人)。
目前承担的在研项目有国家自然科学基金项目1项、重大新药创制任务课题2项、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大项目1项。项目主要研究内容为抗耐药菌和抗病毒药物研究。
团队正在开展的研究项目还包括:认知性障碍性疾病治疗靶点与药物、肝癌及肝病治疗药物、抗肿瘤ADC药物、基于NK细胞激活机制的抗肿瘤和抗病毒、抗结核药物等。研究目标重点集中在针对临床重大难治性疾病的药物发现。
