Personal Profile
吴志强,男,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师,北京协和医学院病原生物学研究所课题组长,国家高层次人才特殊支持计划“万人计划”青年拔尖人才获得者,北京协和医学院“协和新星”,中国微生物学会病毒学专业委员会青年委员,中国-WHO新型冠状病毒溯源联合研究专家组成员,北京医学会医学病毒学分会委员。主要研究方向为动物源性新发病毒的监测、预警和溯源,通过解析不同动物宿主携带病毒群体的遗传特征、重组规律和宿主适应偏好,研究野生动物对于潜在新发传染病的传播效能,开展风险评估和早期预警。近年主持和承担国家科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金等多项课题;在Lancet、National Science Review、Nature Communications、Microbiome、Nucleic Acids Research、ISME Journal等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇;获得国家发明专利2项,软件著作权1项;获得省部级科技奖励3项。
