Personal Profile

1999年毕业于中国协和医科大学八年制临床医学专业,获医学博士学位。现任中国医学科学院基础医学研究所、北京协和医学院基础学院人体解剖与组织胚胎学系主任、教授、博士生导师,北京协和医学院教务处长。中国解剖学会副理事长,北京解剖学会副理事长。国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库负责人。曾先后获得2011年度“协和学者”特聘教授、2016年度中国解剖学会“青年解剖科学家奖”、2020年度北京脑科学与类脑研究中心“北脑学者”等荣誉称号。

项目情况

马超课题组:神经科学的转化医学研究 Translational Neuroscience Research

主要研究方向:

1. 慢性痛与瘙痒症的神经机制:

慢性痛是我国乃至全世界范围内严重影响人们健康生活质量的主要问题之一。在医科院基础所原谢益宽教授实验室的基础上,我们已经建立起了一个神经生物学研究实验室和科研梯队,以神经电生理、药理学、影像学、免疫组化和动物行为学为主要手段,以背根神经节在体和离体记录平台为技术特色,重点研究慢性痛的免疫相关机制以及外周感觉神经元的异位放电机理。

在此基础上,课题组还与北京协和医院麻醉科成立了“麻醉-疼痛联合实验室”,并与美国耶鲁大学医学院、约翰霍普金斯医学院等开展合作,将研究范围推广到慢性痛与瘙痒患者的病理改变和治疗。痒觉的研究在世界范围内仍处于起步阶段,而其临床价值越来越受到人们的重视。运用类似的方法和思路,痒觉及瘙痒症的基础与临床研究可以与慢性痛的研究同步开展。

此研究课题已经获得国家自然科学基金、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程基础所院所长基金、医科院“协和学者”奖励基金等支持。

2. 人脑组织库的建设和研究、人脑衰老与痴呆的机制:

国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库(中国医学科学院北京协和医学院人脑组织库,简称“协和脑库”)最初成立于2012年,依托单位为中国医学科学院基础医学研究所,是在北京协和医学院遗体志愿捐献接受站基础上设置的专用于人脑组织保存和研究的公益性机构。2019年被科技部正式认可成为国家级科技资源平台:国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库。协和脑库成立至今,已接受并保存了两百八十余例全脑组织样本,成为国内最大的规范化人脑库。在自身开展脑库标准化建设、人脑衰老与痴呆相关的神经病理和多种组学的研究的同时,联合国内十多所院校制定和发表了《中国人脑组织库标准化操作方案》,并为本院校及国内其他单位的多个研究课题组提供了宝贵的人脑组织样本,有力的支持了中国的脑科学与脑疾病研究。作为国家级资源平台,我们将继续以支撑和引领中国的脑科学研究为目标,为维护脑健康、战胜脑疾病做出积极贡献。

目前该研究项目已经获得国家自然科学基金、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程、中国医学科学院人体组织器官资源库建设项目等支持。
