Personal Profile
王向涛 男 博士 研究员 博士生导师
2002年博士毕业北京大学药学院药剂学专业。2003-2006年先后留学英国牛津大学和美国Wayne State University,主要从事药物传输系统研究。2006年5月进入中国医学科学院药用植物研究所工作至今。课题组致力于通过现代制剂技术(纳米分散、包合、固体分散体、乳剂、超饱和给药系统、吸收促进等)和前药设计,解决难溶性药物的口服生物利用低的难题;对体外有效,但药效不是非常强或者口服吸收差的药物,通过纳米化指标成静脉注射制剂,评估成药性并进行增效研究。课题组对抗肿瘤药物的靶向递送和肿瘤组织深层渗透非常关注。基于天然产物的新药发现、成药性改善和健康产品的研发也是我们接下来我们的兴趣所在。
1)难溶性药物纳米给药系统:解决难溶难给药问题,提高口服生物利用度,长循环及增效研究;
2)肠首过效应药物提高口服生物利用度研究:前药技术、超饱和给药系统、淋巴转运;
3)肿瘤靶向和组织渗透:柔性纳米粒、主动转胞吞;
4)成药性改善研究和基于天然产物(如黄酮、多酚类化合物等)的健康产品研发;
5)面向产业化的纳米药物制备
