Personal Profile

1983年毕业于南京大学生物系,学士。1989年毕业于中国医学科学院基础医学研究所,硕士。1995年毕业于法国巴黎大学,博士。1998年美国国立卫生研究院(NIH),博士后。1999年回中国医学科学院基础医学研究所。现任北京协和医学院教授,博士研究生导师。

社会兼职:中国细胞生物学会理事;中国动物学会生殖生物学分会理事、副秘书长;北京医学细胞生物学会理事;美国生殖生物学会会员;美国免疫学会会员。中国细胞生物学学报编委;Spermatogenesis(美国)编委(Editorial Board Member);Frontier in Immunology (英国)客座编辑(Guest Editor).

目前研究内容

生殖系统具有特殊的免疫抑制环境,以保护生殖细胞不受免疫系统的损伤,但又容易受到微生物病原体的感染。微生物感染与生殖系统炎症是不孕不育的重要病因。

目前实验室研究男性生殖系统免疫环境的调节机制、以及微生物感染与炎症相关的男性不育。主要内容包括:睾丸与附睾免疫豁免环境保护精子发生的机制;微生物感染与自身免疫反应诱导睾丸炎、附睾炎、精囊炎及前列腺炎的机制;组织特异细胞天然免疫/抗病毒反应及其在诱发组织炎症中的作用;揭示生殖系统微生物感染与炎症破坏精子发生与功能、从而导致男性不育的机制。
