个人简介
Personal Profile
李珂 博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,国家万人计划青年拔尖人才。
2008年毕业于山东大学,获药学学士学位,同年9月被保送至北京协和医学院药物研究所攻读博士学位。2013年进入中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院医药生物技术研究所工作。主要研究领域为靶向异常蛋白质降解系统清除肿瘤起始细胞。近五年,申请人以第一/通讯作者身份在Cancer Cell(1篇)、Sci Transl Med(1篇、封面文章)、Nat Commun.(2篇)及Autophagy(2篇)等国际权威学术期刊发表论文16篇,含JCR一区8篇,IF>20的1篇,IF>15的1篇,IF>10的6篇,累计影响因子134。另有13篇合作学术成果发表在Immunity、Gastroenterology等国际期刊。研究成果获得5项授权发明专利;参与编写《自噬—生物学与疾病》等多部中、英文学术专著。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、青年项目1项,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务专项等院校级科研项目3项。入选2019年中组部万人计划“青年拔尖人才”项目,获中国药理学会“施维雅青年药理学家奖”。作为主要完成人获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖、北京市科学技术三等奖、中华医学科技三等奖及北京协和医学院科技奖励-青年创新奖等。
