黄鹏羽,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院生物医学工程研究所副所长、研究员、博导,国家优青,天津市杰青,呼吸与危重症诊疗技术与器械教育部工程研究中心主任,生物医学工程研究所人工器官与再生医学中心主任,中国生物医学工程学会理事,中国细胞生物学会细胞治疗研究与应用分会副秘书长,HepatobiliarySurgery and Nutrition、Hepatology Communications期刊编委。在肝脏再生领域取得了一系列重要成果:建立了体外诱导皮肤成纤维细胞转分化为肝细胞的方法,揭示了IGF-2、新型小RNA、PIM1等调控肝再生和肝细胞命运转化的关键机制,建立了一系列体内肝脏基因编辑技术,与毛一雷团队合作建立了可供体内移植的3D生物打印肝脏。至今以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Nature、NatureNeuroscience、Cell Stem Cell、NatureCommunications、Cell Research、Gut、Hepatology、Biomaterials等学术期刊上发表论文,其中3篇入选ESI高被引论文,4篇获得Facultyof 1000推荐。成果曾入选2011年中国十大科技进展,2018年上海市自然科学一等奖。获国内专利授权4项;美国专利2项。

5. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,31571509,肝再生过程中细胞外基质对肝脏结构重建的时空调控机制,2016/01-2019/12,65万,已结题,主持。
1.建立了将皮肤成纤维细胞诱导直接转分化为肝脏细胞的方法,并通过细胞移植治疗肝衰竭动物。首次实现哺乳动物成体细胞跨胚层转分化,首次实现转分化细胞的体内功能。(2011年中国十大科学进展)。
2. 构建了基于转分化肝细胞的生物人工肝生命支持系统,并开展十多例肝衰竭病人的临床治疗研究(2018年上海市自然科学一等奖)。
3.构建3D生物打印肝脏,首次实现3D生物打印肝脏的体内功能,并通过体内移植治疗肝衰竭动物。
4.建立基于CRISPR的体内基因精确修复、体内基因激活、体内RNA沉默技术,并应用于肝脏疾病动物模型的治疗。
5.发现慢性肝损伤后肝再生的关键调控因子IGF-2及其作用机制。
6. 建立了全新的小RNA测序方法CPA-seq,可以检测携带末端修饰和碱基修饰的小RNA,并发现了大量新的小RNA类型。
