Personal Profile
2015年毕业于中国医学科学院北京协和医学院,获得医学博士学位。
2015年至今:中国医学科学院药用植物研究所工作。
2019年至2020年在美国Stowers Institute for Medical Research 访学研究。
从事药用植物防治慢性病的作用及机理研究,聚焦于: 1. 胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢紊乱及2型糖尿病发病机理的研究;2. 药用植物对2型糖尿病前期的干预和后期的辅助治疗研究。构建了糖尿病胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病脑病等的稳定的体内外药物筛选模型,并结合多种组学手段,有效的对天然产物及修饰后的化合物进行活性及药效评价。在此基础上,利用分子克隆、蛋白互作、基因修饰等手段对活性化合物可能的作为靶点及通路进行深入的研究,进而阐释活性化合物的作用机理,为新药研发奠定基础。
