Personal Profile
申国安,男,出生于1973年3月3日,籍贯河南省遂平县。副研究员,目前在中国医学科学院药用植物研究所,鉴定中心工作。
1992-1996年,在河南职业技术师院获得农学学士学位。1996-1999年,在西北农林科技大学获得作物遗传育种专业硕士学位。1999-2003年,在复旦大学获得遗传学专业博士学位。
2003-2005年,在上海交通大学,农业与生物学院,生物技术研发中心,从事博士后研究,主要研究内容为银杏次生代谢产物的生物合成途径。2006-2008年,在美国诺贝基金会(Noble Foundation)作为研究助理, 进行植物病毒生态与多样性研究。2008-2011年,在美国诺贝基金会(Noble Foundation),作为博士后,进行植物次生代谢调控研究。
本人常期从事植物分子生物学研究,主要研究兴趣为药用植物次生代谢产物的生物合成通途经解析。特别是植物类黄酮和萜类次生代谢产物生物合成途径的分子生物学解析,以及代谢产物对植物发育、抗病、抗虫等性状的调控机理研究。在银杏、大豆、百脉根、羽扇豆和水稻类黄酮和萜类次生代谢产物生物合成途径研究中取得多个重要研究成果。在银杏、百脉根、水稻和大豆中鉴定了多个重要的黄酮糖基转移酶基因,在大豆、羽扇豆和百脉根中首次鉴定到多个类黄酮异戊烯基转移酶基因,这些研究结果发表在高水平国际期刊。
作为参加人参与完成多项国家级课题,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项,承担企业研发课题三项。参与编写论著2项。发表论文72篇,其中SCI论文50多篇。
