Personal Profile
訾佳辰,博士,研究员,博士生导师。国家级青年人才支持计划入选者;天然药物活性物质与功能国家重点实验室课题组长。中西医结合学会分子生药学专业委员会常务委员;中国民族医药学会信息与大数据分会常务理事;北京药学会天然药物专业委员会委员;国家药监局中药质量研究与评价重点实验室学术委员会委员;广东省药品和食品智能制造委员会委员。兼任《Chinese Chemical Letters》、《Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines》等期刊的青年编委。迄今在J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Annu.Rev. Plant Biol.,Angew.Chem. Int. Ed,Proc.Natl. Acad. Sci.,ACSCatal.等期刊发表论文60余篇。

主要聚焦植物源的多环萜烯、黄酮和苯丙素类化合物,构建高效异源生物合成体系并研究关键酶的催化机制。在国内外,首次建立水飞蓟素药效成分群、檀香挥发油成分群等中药药效成分的“从头”生物合成方法;利用量子化学计算揭示以类吉马烯合成酶的催化机制。
