Personal Profile

教育背景:

1983.9-1987.7   北京大学化学系获理学士学位;

1987.9-1990.7    北京大学化学系有机化学专业获理学硕士学位;

1999.9-2002.7   中国医学科学院药物所药物化学专业获理学博士学位

 工作经历:

1990.7-1999.8  在河北省药物研究所工作,先后任工程师、高级工程师,课题组长,                          

从事新药研究与开发工作;

1996.8-1997.7   在美国Georgia Institute of Technology化学与生物学院进修,从事可卡因拮抗剂的合成和活性研究;

2002.7-现在    在中国医学科学院药物研究所工作,先后任副研究员、研究员,课题组长;

2005年任博士生导师。

 主要研究工作:

曾长期从事新药的研究与开发工作,主持并完成多项国家及省部级课题,成功开发了全身麻醉药、抗前列腺增生药、抗乳腺癌以及抗癫痫等多种药物;近年来主要从事创新药物的研究与开发工作,以具有强生物活性的天然产物为结构先导物,利用全合成手段,设计、合成具有生物活性的结构类似物,研究其构效关系,以期能够发现具有自主知识产权的新药,目前本课题组承担有国家“十三五”新药创制重大专项、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程等课题。历年来发表研究论文70余篇,培养研究生20余名。
