个人简介
Personal Profile
魏文强,博士、研究员、博士生导师。国家癌症中心中国医学科学院肿瘤医院肿瘤登记办公室主任。长期从事肿瘤流行病学及高发现场人群综合防治研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划、科技支撑项目、总理基金、国自然及国际合作等20多项课题。曾获“《国家中长期科技发展规划纲要(2006-2020)》战略研究重要贡献奖”及2013年国家科学技术进步一等奖(13/15)等。入选国家百千万人才工程,享受国务院特殊津贴。先后获国务院民族团结进步模范个人,北京市先进工作者及庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年纪念章。
国际癌症登记协会执委会亚洲区代表、世卫组织慢性非传染性疾病预防与控制协调机制工作组咨询专家;国家健康科普专家库第一批成员;国家卫健委疾控局专家咨询委员会专家;中华预防医学会理事;中国卫生信息学会健康医疗大数据慢病防治与管理专委会副主任委员;中国抗癌协会肿瘤流行病学专委会常委、食管癌专委会常委;中华预防医学会流行病学专委会委员、肿瘤预防与控制专委会委员;中国营养学会营养与慢病控制分会常委;中华医学会临床流行病学和循证医学分会青年委员等。已在Nature Genetics、Journal of Clinical Oncology、Gut、Gastroenterology等国内外专业期刊发表学术文百余篇,主编、参编专著数十部。
团队有可依托的全国肿瘤防控网络,以及多个上消化道癌防治研究现场。团队成员具有博士学位7人,高级职称7人,多数有国外访学、培训交流等经历。每人都有多项独立负责的科研项目,人员结构合理、专业学科齐全。
团队主要研究方向为肿瘤流行病学及人群综合防治研究。团队成员研究领域涵盖:肿瘤监测大数据分析挖掘;生存分析方法与应用;高精度肿瘤监测数据分析;肿瘤疾病负担、生存分析、归因及预测;上消化道癌的病因学防控研究;上消化道癌筛查及早诊早治研究;上消化道癌高危人群预测预警分子标志物及模型构建;肿瘤预防循证医学研究;遗传流行病学研究等多个方面。
团队可依托的研究资源主要有:一是覆盖全国的肿瘤登记及随访监测大数据资源;二是覆盖人口百万、最长随访达20年之久的上消化道肿瘤人群预防研究队列,及涵盖全疾病谱(正常、癌前病变、癌)、多类型(唾液、血液、新鲜组织、蜡块、粪便、影像)、多时点生物标本资源。
团队的教学理念是:教学相长, 坚持并落实协和“三基三严”培养要求,巩固肿瘤流行病与卫生统计学专业知识,重现场,重实践,深入拓展肿瘤预防基础知识,注重肿瘤防控实践能力培养,注重解决肿瘤预防领域实际问题。
团队与国家卫生健康委统计信息中心、中国疾病预防控制中心、分子肿瘤国家重点实验室、北京大学肿瘤医院、西安交通学、汕头大学国内单位及团队保持长期合作。团队积极开展国际交流与合作,先后与世界卫生组织国际癌症研究署(International Agency For Research On Cancer, IARC)、美国国立癌症研究所(National Cancer Institute,NCI)、日本国家癌症中心、韩国国家癌症中心、美国梅奥医学中心(Mayo Clinic)等国际癌症研究机构开展研究合作科学交流。
主持、参与的科研项目有:国家重点研发计划、总理基金专项、国家十五攻关项目、十一五科技支撑项目、国自然、863子课题、国家公益性行业科研专项、医科院创新工程重点专项等科研项目18项,科研经费充足。
