1. 我国风湿病免疫学科的领军者：现任北京协和医院风湿免疫科主任，国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心（NCRC-DID）主任，带领团队连续10年蝉联复旦风湿病专科排名榜榜首，连续5年《中国医院科技影响力排行榜》专科第一名。同时担任中华医学会风湿病学分会主任委员、中国医师协会风湿免疫科医师分会会长；亚太风湿病学会联盟副主席。作为负责人承担“十一五”、“十二五”项目，是“十三五”国家重点研发计划精准医学项目的首席科学家等；发表SCI文章200余篇、总分超过500分，其中通信作者77篇，SCI总分182.795分；作为主编主持3本国家级人卫出版社的规划教材撰写，《内科学》教材副主编，还主编和主译了多部专著。参与获得多项国家及省部级奖项，荣获第七届全国优秀科技工作者称号。曾获首届中央人民广播电台“京城好医生”之“优秀好医生”称号，并获北京医学会突出贡献奖、2016年度推动行业前行的力量十大医学贡献专家称号、2019年度改变实践的中国原创研究十大原创研究领衔者称号。为首届“国之名医卓越建树”奖获得者。

2. 我国风湿免疫病多中心数据平台的缔造者：2009年创建中国系统性红斑狼疮研究协作组（CSTAR），后拓展为国家风湿病数据中心（CRDC），并创立中国风湿免疫病医联体联盟。并以此平台为基础，全面推动我国风湿免疫病临床数据库和生物样本库的标准化建设及临床真实世界研究，目前CRDC是世界上最大的风湿病数据库，CSTAR系列研究论文发表了SCI文章近百篇，建立了中国风湿病领域多中心真实世界研究体系，初步摸清了中国风湿病的疾病谱，极大的提高了我国临床研究的国际影响力，并开创了风湿免疫病可持续发展的研究体系，2019年被认定为国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心。

3. 我国风湿免疫学科发展的推动者：为我国风湿病学发展首次制定“一市一科一中心”发展策略，使我国风湿免疫学科在近5年得到飞速发展，目前风湿病学专科数从2012年的1172个增至2019年的3372个，专科医师人数从4515人增至12189人，部分解决了我国风湿免疫专科看病难问题，并积极呼吁和推动卫健委在2019年10月发布《综合医院风湿免疫科建设与管理指南（试行）》和《综合医院风湿免疫科基本标准（试行）》，为我国风湿免疫学科发展做出了突出贡献。
