中日医院呼吸中心是国家呼吸临床研究中心∙呼吸专科联合体间质性肺疾病（ILD）协作组及ILD多中心注册登记研究牵头单位，我国ILD主要诊疗与研究中心，拥有一支以代华平教授为学科带头人，以呼吸专科医生、呼吸影像、呼吸病理等临床及呼吸基础研究人员为业务骨干的多学科专家队伍。
