Personal Profile
常琪,博士,研究员,博士生导师,药理毒理中心副主任
1984年毕业于西安医学院药学系获学士学位。1998-2002年间于香港中文大学药剂学院攻读博士,并获理学博士学位,2002-2004年在香港中文大学理学院从事博士后研究,进行中药活性成分的肠吸收转运机制和体内药代动力学研究。2004年回药用植物研究所工作,任药理毒理中心副主任至今。
常琪博士长期从事中药活性成分分析和中药药代动力学研究。曾参加“七五”、“八五”重大科技攻关项目“常用中药品种整理和质量研究”和“十一五“、“十二五”医科院大平台“中药代谢技术研究”;参加的国家新药基金项目“葛酮通络胶囊的研制”获得中药二类新药证书,并已上市进入医保药品目录。近10多年来主要开展基于药代动力学方法的中药体内药效物质基础研究、基于液-质联用技术的体内生物标志物检测方法的建立、基于代谢组学技术的神经精神类创新中药作用机制研究。先后承担国家部委级重大科技项目20多项,包括科技部国际合作项目“植物食品风险与效益评估研究”“同轴电纺丝法纳米中药载药系统的研究”、“益智中药药效评价标准和方法”、“人参益智药效与基因蛋白表达关联规律合作研究”、欧盟FP7框架国际合作项目项目“植物食品补充剂:摄入水平,风险和效益评估,PlantLIBRA)”等。
目前承担的课题主要有:中国医学科学院创新工程项目“中药资源可持续利用关键技术和新药开发”、国家重大新药创制专项“基于动物行为实验抗抑郁药效评价技术及参远苷抗抑郁临床前研究”、国家重点研发计划“保健食品风险评估及功能评价基础研究--保健食品功能评价的生物模型与人体试食规范及其体系 ”。迄今共发表论文140余篇;以第一或通行作者身份发表研究论文75篇,其中SCI收录论文60余篇;获国家中药二类新药证书2个;获发明专利6项。

1. 创新中药临床前药代动力学及潜在药物相互作研究;
2. 体内生物标志物发现及其灵敏检测方法建立;
3. 中药抗抑郁活性组分发现及新药研发。
